주문 취소를 원하실 경우 [MY ACCOUNT] > [ORDER] 에서 취소를 원하시는 주문건의 주문번호 클릭하신 후 하단에서 [주문취소]를 클릭하시면 처리가 됩니다.
※ 단, 배송사로 상품이 인도된 후[배송 준비중]에는 주문 취소가 불가능합니다.

당일 취소(매입 전 취소)가 아닐 경우, 취소수수료가 발생할 수 있으며 취소완료가 확인되려면 다소 시간이 소요됩니다.

취소완료 처리는 평균 3~5일 이상 소요되며 취소 수수료는 각 카드 또는 은행사별로 차이가 있습니다.

※ 예약주문으로 제작/판매되는 상품의 경우 고객분들의 주문하신 여부에 따라 상품이 준비되므로, 결제(입금)를 완료하신 이후에는 취소가 어려울 수 있습니다.

If customer would like to cancel order after payment, please go to [MY ACCOUNT] > [ORDER] > click the order number > [주문취소] for requesting order cancellation.

※ If the status is [Preparing Shipment], order cancellation is not available.

If the cancellation is not made on the same day, commission on cancellation may be charged and take some time to be processed.

It takes 3~5 days to be processed, and commission may be different depending on card companies and banks.

※ Pre-order Item is the product which manufactures and sales depending on customer's order. So order cancellation may be not available after payment.
